Moran Environmental Recovery, LLC announces the acquisition of Eason Diving & Marine Contractors, Inc.

Charleston, South Carolina – Moran Environmental Recovery, LLC (MER) announced today the acquisition of Eason Diving & Marine Contractors, Inc. (Eason Diving), an established commercial diving business located in Charleston, South Carolina. Eason Diving is currently in its 34th year of business, and will continue to operate as an independent subsidiary under the same name. 

Tom Eason, former owner and founder of the company will serve as Vice President, and continue to oversee operations, contract management and client interaction. 

Tom states, “Eason Diving is excited to join the MER Team, and continue to provide our clients with the safest, highest quality commercial diving services that they have come to expect from us for the past 34 years. I see the synergy with MER’s culture and capabilities as a great opportunity for Eason Diving to grow sustainably into the future.”
