MER-Louisville Finalizes Lease Agreement for New Facility

4.21.2021

Louisville, KY – Moran Environmental Recovery, LLC. (MER) is excited to announce the recent relocation of the MER-Louisville office to an updated facility in an industrial region centrally located near the heart of Louisville Metro.

After securing a lease agreement for 40,385 square feet of space at 4015-4017 Produce Road in Louisville, MER personnel are optimistic about future growth opportunities as the updated facility doubles almost twice the size of the former Byrne Avenue location. The move was initiated as the former facility’s lease agreement was set to expire.

“We had been at the Byrne Avenue location for more than 25 years. Given the expansion of the university, our need for additional space, and our desire to move to a more industrial area, the time was right to make the move,” Earl Hellinger, MER-Louisville Business Manager, made in a statement. “When selecting our new location, we had two priorities – to be geographically close to our core customers and to have more warehouse space with an enhanced maintenance facility for our fleet. This move will enable us to better provide industrial cleaning and waste management solutions to our valued clients. We look forward to this new chapter for the Louisville team.”
