New 4-part ShoreZone Video Tutorial Series Released
The Nature Conservancy had 4 new training tutorials produced to assist people using the updated flex site which houses all the imagery and associated mapping layers.
The videos cover basic use and site navigation, accessing the mapping layers, and engaging in data queries for applied ShoreZone uses such as oil spill response and subsistence activities.
Part 1: Learn how to access millions of coastal aerial photos right from your desktop using the ShoreZone Alaska Flex Site.
PART 2: Learn how to use the attribute and unit panels to access mapping data layers on the ShoreZone Alaska Flex Site.
PART 3: Learn how to create a simple query on the ShoreZone Alaska Flex Site using oil spill response as an example.
PART 4: Learn how to use the ShoreZone Flex Site to determine potential habitat for butter clams and herring spawns harvest.
